Shipping policy

PROCESSING TIME: Orders shipped within the United States and Canada are processed within 1 business day (excluding holidays). A shipping confirmation will be sent once your order ships. Orders placed after 6 AM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders shipped to destinations outside the United States and Canada may require up to 5 business days for processing before dispatch.

 

SHIPPING RATES: Calculated at checkout.

 

SHIPPING TIMES: Orders within the USA and Canada typically arrive in 1–6 business days. Effective November 24, 2025: U.S. orders ship from our U.S. fulfillment center and Canadian orders ship from our Canadian fulfillment center. Orders outside of the USA and Canada ship from our overseas fulfillment centers. International shipping times vary and will be displayed at checkout.

ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS: We do not ship to PO Boxes, PMB addresses, or parcel lockers. A valid residential or commercial street address is required for delivery.

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY: Pre-orders are available when our product is sold out. Placing a pre-order secures your spot in the upcoming batches and ensures priority shipment once stock arrives. Please note that pre-order shipping timelines differ from the standard shipping times outlined in our Shipping Policy. Estimated shipping times are available on the product page under "Delivery Times". Delivery times may vary based on production schedules, logistics, and location. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING: Shipment confirmation and tracking details will be sent within 24 hours of shipment. Tracking is also available on your Orders page.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, VAT, AND IMPORT TAXES: Effective November 24, 2025: Orders shipped within the United States or Canada are domestic deliveries and do not incur import duties. Sales tax may still apply at checkout based on local laws.

For international DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) regions (including, but not limited to, Japan, UAE, and the UK), customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, and VAT upon delivery. If DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is offered, it will be clearly noted at checkout.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES: ERGO PURRCH™ cannot be held liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
