I received my order on Saturday, which I did not expect! It is so sturdy and well-made, and it only took about 15 minutes to assemble, most of which was just getting the positioning right. My cat loves it because she can now look out of her favourite window, and I am happy to support a Canadian company. Very impressed!
Our little guy loves his Ergo Purrch so so much! I really wanted to write a review to let everyone know how fantastic this has been for our cat!
It probably took about 2 weeks for him to be comfortable with it, everytime I tried to put him in, he jumped out pretty quickly. But once it became his idea, he now uses it daily.
I was so excited about this Purrch because we have a tiny house and our cat is constantly on the counters, which I know is to watch us and have a high point away from the dog. He is now near-constantly in it, especially when we are working on the counter, he loves to be beside us and watch what we are doing.
The price point seemed a bit high for what it is, but with the hardware and quality it is definitely good value. One of my concerns was its stability, but it is a very solid arm that attaches securely to the counter, and has not moved since install . It easily takes his psycho zoomie body slams into it, as well as being used as a launching pad.
At first I was annoyed the pillow did not have some sort of velcro that holds the pillow down as he constantly pushes it out, but I read that it was a choice the designers made, because some cats prefer it without the pillow which seems to be the case for him.
I like the shape of the handwoven basket and he loves to put his lil chin on the side, or have a paw hanging out. He has started to tear apart the basket a bit, but I think it will be an easy fix if it gets to the point of it being unusable.
Their customer service is amazing! It took about 2 months for me to receive the purch due to the high demand the company was facing, but they were super transparent with their wait times. When I emailed them asking them when it may arrive they told me what was happening and when to hopefully expect it. Most companies would ignore my email, or give some run around to not take responsibility, but they were very clear. I don’t mind waiting if I know what’s happening!
The last awesome benefit of the Ergo Purrch is that it puts our lil guy at the perfect level to give him lil kisses on the top of his head. I love that he is in the perfect spot for cuddles, but also to play. He loves playing “catch the hand” when you scratch on different areas under the bed, and he rolls around to try and catch you. He jumps up into his bed whenever you walk by for cuddles or play, it has just been so great for him and us.
Great product, obviously I highly recommend this for all kitty cat’s, and I imagine buying multiple if we ever move to a bigger house!

I purchased this for our camper not only to save space but our cats love these baskets. They traveled well clamped to the table. My cats each weigh around 12 pounds each. There was no movement. They relaxed in them all the time. They are solid and worth the money. I will also be able to use these elsewhere when the camper in not in use.

Crazy amazing
Very solid and attractive. I put my cat in it, she kneaded the whole cushion for about five minutes, then went to sleep in it until dinnertime. She came out to eat, and went right back in. A definite win.
Great quality and great style to fit right in with my kitchen decor. My Maine Coon loves being involved in everything and the purrch allows him to do that from a distance. Great for safety and cleanliness. We love it!
It took over 4 months to receive our cat bed, but if Midnight could speak, she’d say it was worth the wait. Well made, sturdy & looks good, ore importantly, she uses it all the time and is off our keyboard! Pay attention to estimated delivery dates when you order and be prepared to wait. We believe it was worth it.
